LongRange PCR

Whole HLA genes are amplified with NGSgo®-AmpX amplification primers in a single reaction using GenDx-LongRange polymerase.
Library Preparation
DNA template prep and related sequencing reagents are purchased directly from Pacific Biosciences. The amplicons generated by the NGSgo®-AmpX kit are ready to go directly into SMRTbell library preparation and subsequent SMRT® Sequencing
